Hi, my name is Scott Raybuck, I am the owner and operator of Party Tyme DJ. I started this business back in 2004. The vision behind this company was to give high quality service at a affordable price. I know that not everyone can afford the $1,500.00 to $2,000.00 for their wedding. That is where Party Tyme DJ comes in. You will still get the same high quality of service of the big name competitors without the big name prices. We started the business with used gear and the top 1000 songs that were the most requested. Since then we have expanded the music library to over 18,000 songs. We have the ability to obtain music that is requested on the fly as long as the music is available. All the music that we have are digital copies and this will allow us to have your favorite request ready to play in seconds without all the skipping of CD's.
I am also an Ordained Minister in the State of Indiana since 2021. This will allow you to have a one stop shop for all your wedding needs, from DJ to Ordained Minister we have you covered.
Furthermore, I have been affiliated with several local radio stations for over the last decade. What this means for you is that you will receive the professional quality DJ that you hear on the radio without the high cost of having to book the actual radio station. We use the same quality of equipment of the big name radio stations, Dell, Berhinger, EV, American DJ, Shure, and the list goes on. Bio: I am a United States Marine Corps Veteran. I served 6 years active duty and 5 years in the reserves. I Participated in Operation Desert Shield/Storm. I am now a retired police officer and found another full time job to stay busy.
Family: I am very happily married with 3 kids, 1 step child, 2 grandbabies, and 2 dogs. My father retired from the Marines after 22 years, my son recently got out of the Marines after serving 4 years, 1 of my daughters is married to a Marine, currently still serving, my other daughter is currently in college, working a full time job and getting married this August. My step daughter will be heading to High School next year. I am going on 4 years of marriage to my beautiful wife.
Why Photography? I have always been interested in photography since I was in the Marines. I did not take it seriously until 10 years ago when I purchased my first DSLR camera. I started watching YouTube videos and reading magazines and books to better my knowledge. I love being able to capture a moment to make it last forever. There is a satisfying feeling of knowing that my images will be displayed for years on people’s walls, computers, phones, and anywhere else.
Background: I started out taking photos of animals, nature, flowers, and still objects. When my daughters came time for Senior Pictures, I really could not afford to pay for them so I decided to do it on my own. I have taken all 3 of my children’s Senior Pictures and they turned out great. I moved on to photographing strangers and friends families. After a couple years, I got my first Wedding and then I was hooked. I wanted to do more Weddings because every wedding is different and no images would ever be the same. I wanted to take my photography to the next level and decided to start up my own web site. That brings us to today. I hope you enjoy my work and take the time to view my site.
